Janet is a credentialed coach, captivating workshop presenter and talented teleclass leader in professional and personal development. Janet works with individuals to identify what they value, who they want to be and a path of action for getting them to their goals. In the corporate setting, Janet coaches people to achieve success strategies and helps employers retain proven talent, as well as developing people to maximize their potential.

A graduate of the Co-Active Space Leadership Program, Janet has completed core classes in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. She is certified to deliver William Bridges Change and Transition Management workshops and in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, which utilizes horse to assist a person in learning. Janet is a past president of the National Association of Women Business Owners – Central Iowa Chapter, and a member of The International Speakers Network. She has two children and resides in Des Moines, IA.
